Three stages: Design (site study, brief, concept and 3D views), Engineer (detailed drawings, MEP, compliance and tender documents) and Execute (vendor coordination, site supervision and handover). Timelines depend on the size of the site and the approvals involved; after the first site visit we give you a stage-wise programme in writing.
